Cygnus 70 is Focus & Fusion Healthcare’s 3D automated breast ultrasound system. The manufacturer describes a multimodal workflow that separates scanning from diagnosis, combines volume ultrasound with handheld ultrasound, and supports screening, diagnosis, treatment and quality control.
The system uses a multi-axis linkage support arm, dual touch screens and a breast-volume concave transducer. Focus & Fusion also presents a remote cloud diagnostic workflow in which completed examination images are sent to a workstation for reading and reporting.
